Welcome to Assisted Living Utah
In 1869, just north of Great Salt Lake, the Trans Continental Railroad met at Promontory Summit and brought increased number of settlers to Utah and also was the last link in the Transcontinental Telegraph. The majority of the population, about 80 % live near or around Salt Lake City but there is plenty of good retirement in the many other cities of Utah. The name Utah is a Ute Tribe word meaning “people of the mountains”. There is assisted living in Provo, Ogden and Layton. There is Alzheimer’s care in St George, Taylorsville and Orem and retirement communities in Sandy, West Jordan and West Valley City. Search your retirement city in the box on this page.
